1. Agreement

By accessing or using any website, platform, or service operated by Dynamic Forex Solutions LLC ("DFS," "we," "us"), including Dynamic Outcomes, The Market Demystifier, CycleHedge, and Forex Forecasts SA, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

DFS provides timing intelligence, market analysis, and forecasting services for foreign currency markets. Our services are built on a systematic, documented analytical framework.

Important: All forecasts, analyses, and commentary provided by DFS are opinions based on our proprietary methodology. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not redistribute, resell, or share subscriber-only content with non-subscribers
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our platforms
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. After repeated failures, access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, forecasts, charts, methodologies, branding, and software produced by DFS are the intellectual property of Dynamic Forex Solutions LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The TidalWave Timing Mechanism and all associated frameworks
  • CycleHedge models, signals, and analytics
  • Forecast publications, scoring systems, and track record data
  • The Market Demystifier newsletter content
  • All website content, design, and code

Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use our content for their own decision-making. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

DFS provides timing intelligence to inform your decisions. We do not manage money, execute trades, or provide personalized financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made using our forecasts or analysis.

7. CycleHedge — Corporate Services

CycleHedge corporate engagements are governed by separate service agreements tailored to each client's requirements. These general terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with the specific CycleHedge service agreement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in content redistribution, or use our platforms in ways that harm DFS or other users. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Kentucky.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
